  This (Westlake Branch) is one of the worst Chase Branches - if not THE worst - in greater Cleveland area I ever have had to deal with. Without getting into details, in very general terms - they don't care about customers, try to give customers hard time based on whatever little excuses/rules they can find, make you jump through hoops even for routine transactions like withdrawing your own funds. The other day I had to go to this branch to withdraw some cash. I didn't realize that my driver's license has expired a few days earlier. That said, I had so many other forms of IDs with me such as two Chase credit cards (Freedom, Slate - with a total credit limit of $50K), Chase ATM card, and many other credit cards. The teller (Julia) refused to accept any of those, insisting I bring my passport to withdraw $400 from checking account. I had to make a big scene there to get a few other staff involved before being able to get my funds. They treat you like criminals/thieves unless you prove otherwise. No trust, no care, no nothing!! So much about their flashy ads on customer care and support! Note: The only reason I am giving them 'one star' is, the system doesn't allow me post my comments with NO stars. Sad!
